PMHelp operates on a not-for-profit basis. We are the trading name of Potential Meets Help LTD, a private company limited by guarantee (company number 16785210) — not a registered charity. Every contribution furthers our mission rather than private profit.
PMHelp is primarily volunteer-led. In some cases, small stipends may be provided to support operational sustainability, but the majority of work is done by volunteers who donate their time and expertise.
We publish annual impact reports showing how funds are used and the outcomes achieved, including learner reach, success stories, and program results. Transparency is important to us. You can read our latest impact report here.
